Daily Scripting

When I procrastinate, I feel bad about myself, which leads to depression and feelings of helplessness, low self-esteem and low confidence.

Forcing myself to become proactive (clearing clutter, exercising or stepping towards a goal), raises my confidence and self-esteem and helps me overcome depression.

@prettylittleban I write this daily scripting in this journal/blog ... when I'm not putting off loving myself, which I sometimes put on the back burner, procrastination is a crazy cycle...
